2. User Responsibilities

  • You own or have rights to all materials submitted to us.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership rights to the final approved content upon full payment.
  • Ebook Publishing Firm retains the right to use non-confidential project samples for portfolio or marketing purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis.
  • Work completed, delivered, approved, or revised may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of services and legal action if necessary.

5. Revisions

We provide revisions according to the package or agreement selected by the client. Revision requests must remain within the original project scope.

Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of the project. Delays caused by client communication gaps, late feedback, or additional requests may affect the final delivery date.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Sales performance or marketing outcomes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

Publishing and marketing services may involve third-party platforms such as Amazon KDP, Barnes & Noble, Google Books, Apple Books, or social media advertising platforms.

We are not responsible for policy changes, account suspensions, royalties, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and take reasonable measures to protect submitted materials and personal information.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Violate intellectual property laws
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
